Really good Hotel Experience!

The location is convenient to major attractions and shopping areas. Our Beautiful room with a balcony was beautifully decorated and cleaned meticulously twice daily. I found Christopher the concierge to be polite and very attentive. He gave great advice prior to my stay and continued to be an invaluable resource .
I think an extra closet for hanging clothing would be useful. Space was somewhat limited for storing all personal items comfortably. More hanging options are required. I believe that addressing this issue would greatly .

The concierge was always available, offering personalized recommendations and assistance. The staff provided prompt and courteous service at all times. I found every interaction to be professional and helpful. They always tried to meet all requests efficiently.

the beautifully designed hotel had consistent styling throughout the entire building i was pleased the bar was nice the staff were very attentive i appreciated that the housekeeping and room service were very swift when i needed something
i was told i needed to reserve another room for my son since there were three of us the rooms only slept two this was outrageous the woman looked to be laughing at us while she literally was charging us double i felt completely trapped

i found the staff helpful and polite the hotel has a lovely smell also the cleanliness was top notch the location is the best possible i found the stay very comfortable. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel the rooms are very clean. i'm grateful for the location close to main attractions.
the breakfast became a little repetitive after several days however the quality was high.

the view was scary, not as advertised with a view of the eiffel tower and the room had no place to hang clothes and the closet was way too small.

Fantastic Boutique Hotel Experience

The staff was very kind. Breakfast was very good. I liked the omelet. The hotel restaurant offered excellent dishes , and I appreciated the proximity to a Michelin-starred restaurant nearby. Christopher helped arrange a boat cruise for my birthday and airport transfers. I received a surprise mini birthday cake.
The room lacked a dedicated closet. An extra space for hanging clothes would be a welcome addition.

The front desk staff was supportive and acted fast. Aymen, the concierge, helped find wonderful restaurants , and he made bookings for us. I am grateful for that. Hélène at reception was cute and kind.

The hotel has quality amenities. The room took me back in time with its antique design. It was super clean. I appreciated the cleaning team. The location was perfect, near many places I wanted to visit.
